We meet with property owners to understand their goals, review the property, and discuss management services. We inspect the property, identify maintenance needs, recommend rental pricing, and develop a management plan.
After approving our proposal, we execute a Property Management Agreement outlining our responsibilities and services. We coordinate cleaning, maintenance, repairs, photography, and marketing to prepare the property for leasing.
We advertise available properties, conduct showings, screen applicants, verify qualifications, and prepare lease agreements. Once occupied, we collect rent, coordinate maintenance, manage lease renewals, communicate with tenants, and provide regular reports to property owners.
